Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Zortino ("we", "us") collects through this website and the waitlist, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Zortino is not yet open to the public; this policy covers the waitlist only. We'll publish a full privacy policy for the Zortino platform before it launches.

What we collect

• Creators: your name, email address, Instagram handle and, if you choose to tell us, your city and content niche.
• Brands: your name, work email, brand name, website and, if you choose to tell us, your Instagram handle and phone number.
• How you found us: if you arrive through a link from an ad or a partner, we record the campaign that sent you (for example, "Instagram ad").
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data.

Why we use it

• To tell you when Zortino launches and invite you to join.
• To understand which creators and brands are interested, so we can plan our launch.
• To review brand access requests before inviting brands to the platform.

We use your information only with your consent, which you give when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, and only for that purpose:

• Tally (form provider), which stores your form answers.
• Cloudflare (website hosting and security).
• Our email provider, when we send you launch updates.

Some of these providers may store data outside India. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with brands or creators.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until Zortino launches and you've been invited, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you don't join the platform within 12 months of launch, we delete your waitlist entry.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct or update it,
• delete it, or stop contacting you (every email also has an unsubscribe link).

Email hello@zortino.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit and limit access to waitlist data to the Zortino team.

Children

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, please don't submit the form.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be emailed to people on the waitlist.
